dont need to replace wires.

Post  Admin on Tue Jun 15, 2010 9:30 am

you dont need replaces wires you can connecto directly to bike and isolates with ruber tape. if you can show better pictures of yours pc3 connector i will say what wires you need to use.
the major problem is the TPS sensor and you have to see if in your motorcycle injector are 14 ohms.
if TPS sensor dont work the real problem is that pc3 dont know the throttle position %.
but if i was you i see if the ohms of the yamaha injector are 14 ohms and try to find in net what are the ohms of the Suzuki 650 SV injector.and if the 2 bikes are 14 ohms them i will give a try. if some of bike have diferent ohms in injector you have to add a resistor to pc3 or it can be impossible to adapt that unit.

Hello, i think you need the orange wire , red wire, orange and white wire, black wire and black and white wires is to connecto to negative batery, grey is to connect to TPS sensor. red connect to red injector and red motorcycle connector. orange to motorcycle connector. orange and white to injector. thats it
next step is make a map.

Hello,
first you dont flash nothing.
you open a zero map for the original motorcycle 650sv them change the map for basic and choose 1 map for all cilinders.
them save that zero map like your basic zero map.
open the map for your model and hit the empty cell upper left conner all sell is going to be select them with right key of the mouse select copy.
open your basic zero map and hit the empty sell to select all sell and right mouse key choose paste, save the map and you already have a map for your motorcycle.
